MaxMyReach (maxmyreach.com) arranges YouTube sponsorships between brands and creators. You can reach us at info@maxmyreach.com.

This website

This site has no forms, no analytics and no cookies. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, and our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

Business contact details

When we contact creators or brands about a sponsorship, we use business contact details they've made public, such as a YouTube channel's About page or a company website, or details from business contact data providers. We keep:

• name, role and business email address;
• the channel or company it relates to, and public channel statistics;
• our emails and your replies, and the details of any deal we agree.

We use these only to propose, arrange and run sponsorships. We share a creator's channel details and numbers with a brand only when proposing that creator to them. We don't sell personal data.

Your choices

Reply to any of our emails with "remove me", or write to info@maxmyreach.com, and we'll stop contacting you and delete your details, keeping only a note that we shouldn't contact you again. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold about you or for it to be corrected.

How long we keep it

For as long as it's useful for a working relationship, and then we delete it. Deal records are kept as long as accounting rules require.
